The TEND™ Dough Whisk is taking shape in the workshop. Made from solid cherry, it’s our take on the traditional Danish dough whisk—a simple, useful tool not only for mixing bread and pastry doughs by hand as well as for those Saturday morning biscuits and pancakes.
