Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Tend Goods purchase.

If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note: natural variation in wood grain and color is not a defect — it's part of what makes each piece one of a kind, and is not eligible for return on that basis alone.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@tendgoods.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
